• Heavy Duty Engine - The heavy-duty industrial engines are designed for efficient power delivery and have 500-hour service intervals. They feature cast iron blocks, a five main bearing design, and LPG engines have advanced ignition systems and durable valve seats for long-lasting performance. These engines are isolated from the frame and axle to reduce noise and vibration, resulting in quieter vehicles. The diesel engine starts quickly in cold conditions and emits cleaner exhaust by adjusting fuel injection timing. The PSI 2.4L LPG engine offers two modes for productivity and fuel economy, and customizable cooling and filtration systems enhance performance in specialized applications.

• Energy-Efficient - The Auto-Deceleration System (ADS) lowers tire and brake wear by up to 50% by automatically slowing the truck down when the operator releases the accelerator. Controlled Power Reversal enhances tire life by 50%, conserves fuel, and is adaptable for different uses, providing smooth and controlled direction changes while reducing powertrain repairs. The Pacesetter VSM™ is an onboard computer that boosts uptime by monitoring and safeguarding critical truck functions. It simplifies diagnostics, reducing repair downtime and unnecessary parts replacements. It also enables adjustments to truck performance characteristics via the dashboard, diminishing damage to products, trucks, and facilities. Oil Immersed Brakes, housed in a sealed unit, minimize damage, maintenance, repair time, and costs. These brakes are suitable for wet, dirty, or corrosive environments, emphasizing low lifetime operating expenses and maximum uptime. Service intervals occur every 500 hours, and engine coolant and hydraulic oil change intervals are every 4,000 hours, leading to reduced labor costs.

Enhanced lateral stability without compromise to travel on uneven surface and maintenance free HSM™ reduces truck lean by limiting the articulation of the steer axle, both providing the operator with confidence in the truck capabilities. An integral side-shift option allows accurate load placement with minimal loss of capacity and the travel speed limit option does not impact truck acceleration or hoist speed. An integral side shifting fork positioner keeps the operator on the seat and productive at all times and it also reduces lifting and strain on the operator. If attachments are required, fourth function hydraulics with interlock allow use with clamping attachments.
