PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 

PoleStar Smart refrigeration dryers efficiently remove water from compressed air. They feature the patented SmartSave energy-saving function, which adapts their operation to current conditions for precise dewpoint monitoring and aligned power consumption.

Moreover, these dryers incorporate a patented all-in-one aluminum heat exchanger called SmartPack, which minimizes pressure drop by providing large open channels and eliminating interconnecting pipework. This design ensures excellent airflow and minimal pressure drops.

  • Direct-expansion type refrigeration system 

  • Energy saving features enables dryers to save energy at partial load by cycling the refrigerant compressor while cooling the inlet air using the cold reserve stored in the SmartPack mass.

  • Low GWP environmentally friendly refrigerant R513A on all units 

  • Electronic controller, including touch screen versions from PSE 220
