ED3000 SERIES ELECTRONIC LEVEL SENSING CONDENSATE DRAIN
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Time-based condensate drains use preset schedules for valve operation, which can be problematic due to fluctuating condensate levels in compressed air systems. In contrast, Parker's ED3000 Series level sensing condensate drains employ internal sensors to discharge condensate precisely when needed, reducing switching cycles and extending valve life to the fullest.
FEATURES
-
Magnetic core level control, which doesn't wear out, ensuring efficient, loss-free condensate discharge.
-
Includes a dirt screen positioned between the level measurement and the drain valve, safeguarding the diaphragm valve (with alarm monitoring).
-
Employs a diaphragm valve with a large cross-section and condensate pilot control to enhance its durability and longevity.
ADVANTAGES
-
Superior energy efficiency and dependability
-
Enhanced process safety
-
Simplified installation and maintenance
